It's not due to the shape of the gallery or the conducting power of the rocks, it's just that it takes 10 minutes to cook so we're trying to get one of the people who called out "third" to put the damn thing on. We'll cook it medium wellunless you tell us differently, & top it w/ ketchup, brown mustard, relish, grilled onion, lettuce & tomato.

This baby was actually boosted from my favorite dog joint in chicago. It's our broiled chuck burger slathered w/ cheddar cheese schmoo, & topped w/ everything we could think of. An off-shoot of the Cheddar Burger is the "Wade Burger". Wade has been coming to our place for over 8 years. He's never ordered anything different, not once, actually his wife did once & we heard from him the moment Tammy got the food home. Wade is a big man, a Texan to boot. We try not to piss him off. 1/3 lb cheddar, bacon, ketchup, x-tra grilled onions, x-tra mayo, lettuce & tomato, cooked medium rare.

2/3 lb. Chuck Burger

What, not enough protien for you? so we'll give you a double patty & see if that don't fill you. I have one for breakfast now & then while I'm setting up the steamtable. Don't really start thinking about food again until I'm home for dinner.
